hela Sverige Teleopti - A Calabrio Company - is now we are on the lookout for yet another engaged member to expand our product team based in Stockholm, Sweden. As our new Product Owner, you will join a team of product owners and be responsible for the short-term road map for one of our core product areas. You will make sure that we continue to lead the way in innovative software for Workforce Management and you will have the opportunity to work closely with users at the world 's most advanced contact centers. In a highly autonomous role, you now get the opportunity to make your mark as part of an innovative and collaborative team!
About the job
• Responsible for the 0-6 months road map for one or several functional areas and provide input to the long term road map
• Ensure that functionality for these specific areas meets customers' needs
• Negotiate and discuss priorities, estimate development time and scope with stakeholders
• Work closely with Agile coaches and R&D teams to create understanding for the road map and to ensure that we deliver high throughput and high quality on time
About you
• First and foremost, you are passionate about business analysis, driven by identifying the needs of stakeholders and you enjoy the collaboration with R&D to ensure that requirements are implemented
• You have excellent communication skills in English and you thrive with communicating on all levels; with internal and external stakeholders
• You have experience from Workforce Management, and are used to be the voice of the customer
• You understand Agile development methodology; we use Kanban to limit the number of parallel tasks for each team to ensure short lead times and high throughput
• You enjoy working closely in a small team and have the confidence to make key decisions, work autonomously and express your ideas and opinions
