As a Product Owner for Data Delivery at Ikano Bank, you have a key role in the success of product delivery in the Agile Release Train (ART). You work closely with business stakeholders to create efficient solutions. You are responsible for maximizing overall value delivered by your agile team by working together to deliver the committed objectives for each PI and to ensure a working solution. You create and maintain your team's backlog and understand features, are responsible for creating and understanding backlog items and drive scoping, descoping, and priority decisions.

As a Product Owner for the Data Delivery you will be creating and expanding our data solutions that will supply the bank with the data that will fuel our digital transformation. The solutions covered ranges from traditional data warehouse solutions for reporting / BI to more modern solutions (data lakes and streams) to handle real-time reporting and advanced analytics.

Are you the one for Ikano?
Key responsibilities
• Understand Ikano Bank's strategic initiatives working closely with Product Management, to deliver products that helps the Bank in achieving the desired objectives
• Lead the planning of product releases, communication, learning and set expectation for delivery of new features and functionalities
• Drive product development in your agile team of dedicated engineers and designers
• Articulate the Product Vision/Roadmap to the agile team
• Create, maintain and prioritize the team backlog
• Understand and provide input to the Product Roadmap
• Build trust and effective relationships with relevant stakeholders
• Act as a role model in agile ways of working and inspire the team to do the same
• Take an active part in the PO Community of Practice
• Interact with 3rd parties with regards to technical integrations and support of the same
Key Qualifications
• 3-5 years' experience as Product Owner preferably within financial services industry
• Experience and knowledge of Agile frameworks, preferably SAFe
• Strong technical leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), including facilitation
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience within / knowledge of data architecture and technical components for Data & Analytics
• Preferred but not a must is experience in provisioning of data through modern technology (data lakes, etc.)
• Experience in the banking industry is an advantage.
