Good knowledge of product discovery & optimization techniques, and both qualitative & quantitative user research. You have a proven track record of creating and owning product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
Agile Practices: Experience with Agile development methodologies, including leading events such as backlog refinement and sprint planning, as well as developing and writing user stories to guide product development and deliver value at pace.
Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to engage with engineers, data analysts, designers, and peers in constructive and collaborative relationships. Proven track record of successfully creating change in complex environments.
Data-Driven: Skilled in data analysis, insights & performance visualization, defining and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs). You demonstrate a data-driven approach to decision making, both in day-to-day management and in making strategic trade-offs.
Industry knowledge: Expertise in the MarTech industry and experience in working with SaaS solutions. Good understanding of marketing campaign performance analysis and driving MROI through continuous improvement.
Privacy Knowledge: Good understanding of data privacy regulations and commitment to ensuring data compliance.
Innovation Mindset: Passionate about staying updated on emerging trends and fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation within the team.
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
As a Product Owner for Marketing Performance, you will play an essential role in driving the organization's marketing technology initiatives to enable operational excellence and data-driven decision making at scale for the many IKEA co-workers. More specifically, you will co-create digital solutions together with data and machine learning experts, business partners and end-users to translate marketing performance data into business insights and facilitate real-time marketing optimization around the globe.
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Product: Establish and maintain a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap, leveraging product discovery & optimization techniques. Actively research co-worker needs and business opportunities using quantitative and qualitative data. Use insights and data to solve friction points and problems in ways our co-workers love. Collaborate on backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and ensure success metrics as well as requirements are well-defined.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact and subject matter expert for marketing performance insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, build trust, and strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
Analytics: Together with engineering, data, and machine learning experts, establish and implement best practices to track, aggregate, measure, attribute, and visualize relevant data across all marketing channels, so that time-to-insight is minimized, and data-driven tactical decisions can be taken when it matters.
Innovation: Apply a data informed and experimental approach to deliver successful outcomes that meet objectives and co-worker needs.
