hela Sverige As a product marketing manager you are responsible for leading all marketing aspects of our Mobility Global Product Line to ensure customer brand recognition and revenue plan attainment. This includes product launches, promotional activities, social media and campaigns. You may also be responsible for company-level strategic initiatives as assigned.
You will work with global product managers to create, develop and test marketing messages for the global product line. In your role you will be responsible for the creation of commercial marketing deliverables including; brochures, product sheets, launch/product packages, presentations, reference cases, web content or other tools as required to promote product/solution sales. Opportunities to communicate and collaborate with other global product lines and global marketing teams provide an exciting team-oriented environment.
This role will require up to 25% travel to support global launch, customer and marketing activities
Responsibilities
• Champion Ascom's mobility solutions for healthcare internally and externally
• Create awareness, excitement and buy-in from Ascom direct and indirect channels related to product portfolio
• Work closely with Ascom's regional marketing and sales channels to understand their specific needs and requirements for marketing deliverables
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the Global Product Line portfolio
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive offerings and work with colleagues to develop positioning strategies to enable success of the global products within each region
• Leverage social media strategies to create awareness of the Global Product Line solutions
Your in-depth marketing knowledge and ability to create and communicate detailed marketing plans will make you successful in this key role.
Qualifications
• Experience working with and developing buyer personas, identifying key selling features and developing value propositions
• Experience working with marketing agency to develop marketing plans, messaging and customer-facing deliverables
• Experience in driving strategic marketing activities for complex business-to-business products and applications
• Experience in creating 'solution selling'-based tools
• Excellent organization and business management skills such as; communication, presentation, motivation, persuasion and leadership
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate status updates
• Ability to cost-justify marketing programs with targeted results
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management or related field; Masters preferred
• General knowledge of relevant regulatory processes and requirements (such as medical devices, FDA & MDDS)
• Experience and understanding of mobile hardware and software solutions
• Experience in marketing mobile applications
• DECT, and cellular technology experience preferred
• Experience in marketing Android OS is preferred
• Healthcare experience is preferred, but is not required

• Executive level, polished skills in presenting technologically complex systems to the market
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Ability to develop customer-centric value propositions
• Independent and pragmatic attitude
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English is a must, Swedish, French and German are an asset
• Able to drive, motivate and positively influence others
• Team player with sense of own and shared responsibilities
