hela Sverige The Product Marketing Manager will as part of the Product Marketing Team be a strategic product marketing champion for the Product Line and across the EMEA Marketing community for the Electrolux, AEG and Zanussi brands. Working together with the Product Marketing Director, Product Market Manager (colleagues), key stake holders within the full marketing organisation as well as with Laundry category teams (Product Lines). Thism is a key position within Product Marketing with specific focus on clarifying the Consumer Insight plan ensuring that consumer insights fuel the development of our next generation of products and that the resulting value propositions, product messaging and go-to-market plans are relevant and appealing to consumers and clearly positioned to competition.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
He/she:
• Key Product Marketing driver and contributor to the Innovation Process within Laundry EMEA with specific focus on Consumer Learning plan (Consumer insights), Innovation calendar management
and planning, moderating and following up on key innovation events with PL Laundry. Including Concept development stages (ref OA/i2i), acting as the voice of the consumer, providing input to development of product value propositions, consumer facing messaging and aligning with the brand
strategies and communication platforms to make the propositions come alive as intended.
• Accountable for creation of marketing plan elements within the Marketing Business Brief incl. Drafts
go-to-market plans for how to win with customers and consumers with special focus on digital, point-of-sale and on-boarding. This with the support of Product Marketing colleagues, touch-point specialists from within the Marketing team and Category teams within the Product Lines
• Guardian of a proper hand to Commercial Launch team with Product Marketing Laundry .
• Driver of certain key deliverables and activities also within the Commercial Launch Process for the Product Line
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Relevant Masters Degree
• Experience (minimum 3 years) in marketing and/or commercial areas and/or product development (ideally in more than one function)

REQUIRED LANGUAGES
• is fluent in English, any other language is a plus
