About the role
As Product Manager, you will be responsible for our department "Analytics, AI & RPA" where you will lead both business and people whose products meet our customers and internal users. You lead the area's product committee and have an overall picture of all major deliveries. In your role as Product Manager, you also set direction and vision for our agile development teams and relevant key people. You make sure that your team and employees have the right conditions and the right skills on site and keep up with the trends. You are also responsible for the department's budget.
You will work closely with our Product Owners and other Product Managers to create and maintain product backlogs that generate business value and ROI. In your role, you also drive the planning of product releases and keep your environment updated on time frames and milestones. We would like you to stay informed about best-practice in scrum and do your best to solve any obstacles to maximize the number of releases to customers and businesses.

Analytical
Solution Oriented
Academics (BSc in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or similar relevant field)
Experienced (around 5 years with responsibility for people and business)
Tech-savvy
You have a good feel for the business, the value of automation and innovation. If you like to organize and coordinate, it is also a plus.
