As electrification, connectivity and digitalization take center stage, digital services are becoming increasingly crucial in ensuring outstanding customer experience. To succeed in this journey, we are looking for a new Product Manager to join our Digital Customer Services team.
In this role, you will have a key commercial responsibility in defining and continuously developing our services within the Driver Management journey - including being responsible for Driver Evaluation service. You will participate in building the path towards sustainable transportation by managing services made to improve driver's behaviour, reduce fuel or energy consumption, and decrease transportation costs. You will work alongside an inspiring and diverse team of Product Managers, leading our efforts to deliver premium digital services to customers.
Your role
In your role as a Product Manager you will have an opportunity to truly influence the vision of our service offering. You will be responsible for shaping the service from idea to implementation, enabling our customers to become even more digital and take the leap towards electrification. You will take an integral part in defining the product strategy by working closely together with a brilliant team of product owners, service designers and UX designers across the organisation. You will lead the way towards commercial success by working closely with our markets and the Scania sales organisation.
Responsibilities include
• Defining the vision, roadmap, and strategy of our services, by truly understanding our customers 'needs, market trends and competitive landscapes.
• Prioritizing the service development efforts in collaboration with the development teams.
• Managing product launches and securing successful market roll-out by providing go-to-market strategy, training and communication materials.
• Defining the marketing mix (4P) strategy of our service over the entire life cycle and lead the different stakeholders toward successful implementation.
• Securing performance by defining commercial and financial goals and tracking success metrics.
Skills & Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Understanding of service development and digital transformation. Experience within e-mobility is a plus.
• Excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally, and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Problem-solving attitude, seeing opportunities and solutions in complex situations.
• University degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent in English. Other languages beneficial.
