We work to make the world more environmental friendly by developing energy efficient Automation products. We are currently building a new platform so the next-generation's products will hold the highest possible standard. In other words, you will work in a company characterized by development, where we,through collaboration with customers and sales companies worldwide, ensure that the right products are developed. In this role, you will be a part of a cross-functional project group with responsibility for design and implementation of software. We design in UML and use C++ for programming. The software places great demand on real-time requirements for measurement and control of thyristors. The requirements: You hold a Master of Engineering, with specialization in Computer Science, Electronics or Physics (F, D, E). You have at least two years experience in Software Development for Embedded systems. To succeed, you need to be familiar with UML, 32-bit Built-in Systems and Real-time Systems. You will also need excellent skills in English, written and spoken alike. Our team is positive, sociable and motivated, characteristics which also describes you as a person.
You will be part of Cewe Control in Västerås. The business unit is part of the Low Voltage Product division. Our business idea is to develop, manufacture, market and sell the Low Voltage Products we are globally responsible for within ABB. Our offer includes Large Contactors, Softstarters and DIN mounted Electricity Meters. We have the market's largest selection of energy efficient low voltage products and installation products with clients in industries such as OEM, industry, distribution, wholesale and consultants worldwide.
