What do we offer
Service Management Office (SMO) is the staff function within Consumer and Enterprise Digital (CED) and are leading strategic initiatives to drive operational efficiency, simplification and globalization of IT service delivery.

You will be a key player in improving our operational stability through process management. You will work in close collaboration with various stakeholders, delivering in line with the Volvo Cars vision and culture.
What you will do
As Process Owner for Incident and Request, you will be accountable for the design and implementation of the processes. The process owner is accountable for ensuring that the process is fit for purpose and ensuring that the processes are performed according to the agreed and documented standards. The Process Owner is also responsible for identifying improvements to ensure that the process and process tools continues to be effective and efficient. This means interfacing with many stakeholders within CED and their suppliers. You will work closely together with a process manager for each process.
You and your skills
* University degree or equivalent
* ITIL V3 Foundation Certified and ITIL Lifecycle or Capability Certified for Service Design
* Senior working experience in ITIL processes
* Demonstrated capability in designing processes, workflows or similar
* Work experience from multi sourced global environment
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
On a personal level
Since you will have a lot of contact with different stakeholders, it is important that you have good communicative skills High integrity and professionalism.
You need to be business and performance driven, having a Holistic view and conceptual thinking.
