What you'll be part of
We're right in the middle of a major digital shift to become an industry leader within digital solutions and enable operational excellence through digitalisation. To support this, we're establishing a Transformation Management Office (TMO) - to provide expertise, structures, tools and methodology to enable this transformation. Optimizing our business process end-to-end to deliver customer value is critical to our success in this transformation. Process and information Governance is one of four functions within the TMO organisation that will play a key part in this work.
Your mission
In this role, your main mission is to establish a common view of our process and information landscape across SMR - including a clear decision-making mechanism for easier collaboration on maximising customer value and operational efficiency.
Included in your role is to:
Provide way of working, expertise, standards (language, quality, modelling notations), tools (design, documentation, management) and templates to support the documentation of our shared business processes and information landscapes.
Coach, develop and deliver training to the different audiences on developing and modeling business processes.
Review and manage change and approval process in the management of process framework to secure E2E quality and consistency.
Measure adoption and quality of our process and information frameworks and tools to ensure the sufficient level of quality, and that governance, principles and standards are followed.
Establish a group a key user and collaborative network for knowledge- and best practise sharing.
Approve ARIS accesses and applications changes.
You report to the Head of Process Information & Governance. Some occasional travel is included. The position is flexible between our sites in Finland, Stockholm, Sandviken (Sweden), or Dublin (Ireland) and we offer you a hybrid working model. Some occasional travel is included in your job.
Your character
We're looking for someone with a relevant degree and at least a couple of years' experience of working with process improvements. You have hands-on experience with process modeling, process mining analysis and simulation tools, and ideally, you're highly proficient in ARIS. Your background also includes knowledge in process redesign methods, such as business process re-engineering, value chain analysis or total quality management. It's beneficial if you're used to working with change management implementations and the process areas being supported. You're highly proficient in the Office 365 suite, and knowledge of ERP platforms is beneficial. You're used to communicating with wide group of stakeholders and have good skills in both written and verbal English.

With your superb interpersonal skills, being a strong team player, you can drive things forward by influencing and negotiating and have highly developed stakeholder management skills.
