Description
Are you eager to take on a new challenging opportunity within Tetra Pak as Process Manager OtC (Order to Cash) & Treasury?
The Finance Hub in Sweden consists of more than 50 experienced Finance and Operational Purchasing professionals and handles, Accounting, Reporting, Treasury and Purchasing
activities for 17 Nordic entities.
The Process Manager OtC & Treasury will have a combined operational and managerial role (7-8 persons) with the responsibility to drive, enhance and align the processes related to the companies' Accounts Receivables and Nordic Treasury operations.
The position is based in Lund
Main responsibilities
• Manage and support the OtC/Treasury team on a day to day basis
• Together with AB Tetra Pak run operational banking relationships and Treasury operations for the Nordic Cash pools
• Be the main counterpart with our outsourcing partner for Collections and Accounts Receivables
• Lead and ensure high quality for the book closing activities within the areas of OtC and Treasury
• Work closely with the process management team to deliver high quality finance and accounting support as well as drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Be on top of the credit and collection process to support our external customers and market companies in a professional manner
Qualifications
As a person you are service oriented and possess a high level of drive. The ability to motivate and manage people is also highly valuated as you will have approximately 7-8 direct reports. As a person you are committed, reliable and like being operational as well as working with continuous improvements.
We believe that you have at least 5-10 years of relevant experience within Accounting and/or Treasury and have held a managerial role. You should have knowledge and interest in global processes and tools.
We also believe that you have a degree in business administration and it would be preferable if you have hands on knowledge of SAP, Treasury systems (TWIN) and/ or Accounts Receivable.
Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
