Job Summary:
Are you an engineer with an eye for details? Do you have an interest in lab environments? Fairchild offers the ability to take on the role as a process engineer!
Successful Candidate:
As a process engineer you will work in the Electrum laboratory with fabrication of SiC devices.
Specific expertise required:
• Bachelor in Engineering (electrical, chemistry or physics)
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Skills in electronic communication and documentation
• Fluent in English both written and spoken as documentation and presentations will be part of your duties
• It would be considered an additional qualification if you have experience of a semiconductor company in a clean room enviroment and/or work with electronic devices.
• Meriting courses: Semiconductor technology, Nano technology, Micromechanics, Measurement technology (and theory), Applied statistics.
• Meriting software knowledge: Software for statistical analysis/programming, data analysis for example TMS DataPower, CAD software such as Cadenence.
• You are a team player with strong communication skills in English. You have an eye for details in every single process. You are motivated, self-driven and is capable of autonomous work.
Responsibilities:
• Process prototype and development material in the lab
• Design, perform and evaluate processes
• Do documentations of processes
• Perform measurements and tracking of critical process parameters
• Perform electrical measurements in the lab and on finished devices.
• Cooperate with design and test engineers
