To strengthen our Power Grids IS Digital Adoption team, we are looking for a Digital Adoption Specialist. You will be responsible for co-defining and implementing our global strategy centered around digital training and user adoption and making sure that users get the most out of the tools available. Your responsibilities
Design, support and drive Digital Adoption campaigns of IS solutions and IT tools in accordance with Power Grids strategy.
Follow applicable governance policy when communicating and engaging with end users and work in close collaboration with Business and other IS teams to understand requirements related to IT tools adoption.
Develop and implement communication programs and messages to support the Digital Adoption, including marketing communications, web content, and direct marketing to educate and inform target audiences.
Recommend, develop and assist in the implementation of Learning and Development programs as part of the Change Management activities required to drive Digital Adoption.
Implement and maintain appropriate training competence. Ensure that all training materials are precisely tailored to the audience requirements, including the right content for end user and train-the-trainer material.
Your background
Proven track record in managing projects and/or adoption programs in a cross-functional environment, underpinned by a demonstrable passion for new technology.
Ability to design and deliver non-technical training to a variety of audiences; knowledge of current training trends, tools, methods, and processes.
Proficiency in the use of Office 365 and good working knowledge of learning technologies and web conferencing applications.
Charismatic personality with the ability to build relationships and establish effective networks.
High degree of flexibility, creativity, and reliability as well as the ability to communicate at all levels and convey IT information and processes in a clear and concise manner.
Strong command of English, including excellent writing and presentation skills.
