Are you interested in joining a dynamic team driving the Managed Services IT (MS IT) & Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) business within BA Managed Services?
We are looking for Portfolio Marketing Director who has the passion, business acumen and marketing flare to create and promote an inspiring story around our business, to build perception and understanding and drive new sales engagement opportunities!
A key priority will be to drive awareness of the Portfolio and marketing assets towards the Ericsson sales community.
The primary location is Stockholm, Sweden but for the right candidate we can consider any location in European time-zone. You will report to the BMAS Head of Marketing & Communications.

What you will do
Create and maintain a competitive Solution Area MS IT & ADM story & positioning, for thought leadership in IT & ADM with a focus on cloud migration and operations and AI and software-led offerings
Develop value argumentation for the various service offerings, with clear differentiation and unique selling points
Drive awareness and engagement in the IT & ADM portfolio towards the sales community and MA M&C community, through for eg, BMAS sales forum
Act as spokesperson towards customers, Industry Analysts, media and internal stakeholders
Maintain proof points, elevator pitches and customer testimonials
Work with analysts on message testing and industry insights gathering
Drive activation of new messaging and portfolio launches through digital channels and customer events
Act as liaison towards MS-IT & ADM Portfolio & Offering team to advise on portfolio strategy and go-to-market approach
Support and collaborate in cross BA/GF marketing initiatives which drive unified messaging and activation internally and externally
You will bring
A University degree (MSc or BSc) in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of telecom industry, and our Managed Services and/or Cloud business
Genuine curiosity about marketing and a willingness to learn and develop in this area
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
Outstanding interpersonal, communication skills and ability to build networks
Creativity, innovation and a positive "can do" attitude
Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Marketing and/or Sales experience will be an advantage
