Job Description
The PLM/CAD Software Engineer is responsible for all aspects of Software development including maintaining and updating existing Siemens PLM-related software (Teamcenter, Active Workspace and NX), developing new software solutions to address a specific need or solve a particular business problem and testing the solutions implemented to meet the requirements and expectation levels.
You will contribute to all development activities following appropriate methodologies and applying a repeatable, systematic, and quantifiable approach to the development process. This role also includes the build of environments according to H&M standards and working with business users and vendors to ensure all requirements are met, with the goal of deploying and maintaining the applications. The ideal candidate will apply DevOps practices to maintain and upgrade existing systems and investigate future technologies in line with H&Ms strategic vision
To meet the expectations of the Interior Product team (Non-Commercial Goods), you will collect requirements and needs, and be in close dialogue with different stakeholders throughout the organization. You like to roll up your sleeves and create at all levels to get the job done.
Required skills & Preferred skills:
Drive the design, development, pipelines, and deployment of key PLM and CAD applications
Work in a team setting to cater to end-to-end aspects of SDLC
Communicating with product management and other teams about interfaces and dependencies
Engaging with various stakeholders on different topics, including end users support through training sessions and workshops
All aspects of application management at an enterprise level, including client/server installations, configurations, packaging, deployment, maintenance, and support
Integrate with DevOps infrastructure for continuous build, test, and deployment
Ability to assess new technologies and determine a solution for enterprise implementation
Enjoy working in accordance with agile methodologies for example SAFe agile framework,
Have a bachelor's or master 's degree in a relevant field,
Are pragmatic in your solution ideas when you need to be and can visualize and clearly articulate consequences of various technologies and platforms (both verbally and in written form),
Possess excellent networking and communication skills both within business and IT,
Have a strong interest in keeping updated on the trends in the industry and technology and for the Custody & Investment area,
Are fluent in English,
Have a developer background.

Qualifications
You will need to have proven experience in the following:
BS in science, technology, or engineering discipline
7+ years of experience with administration and implementation of Siemens PLM Suite of Applications, preferably in the retail industry
Extensive and proven experience in configuration and customization of Active Workspace, Teamcenter and NX applications
Strong knowledge in Programming and Database administration
Agile, Scrum, DevOps experience preferred
Preferable working in/with Cloud/Azure solutions
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, planning, and abstract thinking
Multitasking ability to work both independently as well as in a team setting
Integrate software with existing software/systems
Knowledge of Software testing, quality assurance, and solutions testing, including automation
Work closely with senior developers, software engineers, and data scientists to gain additional knowledge and expertise
Document software solutions and ensure that technical documentation meets H&M standards

This is a full-time permanent position, starting as soon as possible according to agreement. The role is an on-site position, based in our office in Stockholm, Sweden.
