What will you do?
As the Performance Marketing & Martech Lead you will own and scale our customer acquisition engine through data-driven marketing, MarTech innovation, and analytical excellence. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, leading multi-channel campaign strategy, optimizing growth funnels, and building scalable systems for performance measurement. You'll also lead and mentor a small team of performance marketing specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities and Tasks:

Set clear goals, provide structured feedback, and develop team competencies in analytics and performance marketing.


Monitor performance marketing channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, App Acquisition) and provide insights, trends, and strategic recommendations.


Support channel managers with data, forecasting inputs, dashboards, and channel performance reviews.


Identify performance risks and growth opportunities based on data analysis.


Collaborate with channel owners to refine CAC targets, channel KPIs, and testing priorities.


Build and maintain CAC, LTV, revenue, and payback models to support growth planning.


Contribute to budget forecasting and scenario planning across performance channels.


Track budget pacing and produce reports that help teams course-correct in real time.


Ensure forecasting assumptions stay aligned across Growth, Product, and Finance.


Support the administration and continuous improvement of Rebtel's MarTech stack (mParticle, Adjust, Funnel, Looker, GA4).


Maintain and troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and data quality across app and web.


Collaborate with Data Engineering to maintain reliable data pipelines.


Help evaluate new tracking, attribution, or analytics tools.


Build dashboards and automated reports to help the team quickly evaluate performance.


Conduct deep-dive analysis into channel efficiency, funnel performance, and customer behavior.


Translate analytical findings into actionable insights for channel managers and the Head of Growth.


Provide analytical support for growth experiments and A/B tests.


Requirements:

3+ years of experience in user acquisition or/and marketing analytics preferably in tech or app-based environments.


Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with fluency in data tools such as GA4, AppsFlyer/Adjust, Mparticle, Looker or similar.


Deep understanding of attribution, tracking, and marketing automation systems.


Familiarity with managing paid media channels across major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok).


Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.


Hands-on experience with SQL, BigQuery, or data visualization tools is a plus.


It's a bonus if you have familiarity with server-side tracking, privacy-centric analytics, and marketing APIs.


Experience leading or mentoring teams or managing external agencies is a plus.


Experience in growth experimentation frameworks and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
