We are now looking for a People Partner - HQ to join us. This is a one-year fixed term maternity cover position.
The purpose of the role is to be a trusted partner to managers and senior leaders in our biggest business area Wound Care, mainly within Global Marketing and R&D. Part of your stakeholders will be located at our global HQ in Sweden, Gothenburg but you will be also collaborating closely with managers across the globe, making this a truly international role.
In this position, the support you provide to the business is a real added value and a key business enabler for our Wound Care business area.

What you'll need
Successful track record in a people partnering role / HR generalist role, preferably in a multinational company(ies) with best-in-class People practices.
Experience of operating successfully in an organization with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities and has excellent communication and influencing skills.
Self-motivation and solution orientation together with strong team player skills.
Ability to partner and work across various functions with a proactive and solution oriented mindset.
Ability to prioritise; switch directions; work with diverse assignments and independently when appropriate.
Understanding of the value of data; reporting & analytics to drive decisions
Employee Relations experience, applying an understanding of labor legislation, regulations, and employee relations practices to the management of the formal, legal employment relationship between the organization and its employees.
Preferred - University Business Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Fluent in verbal and written English and Swedish
