hela Sverige As Payroll Coordinator your tasks will include the management and coordination of Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and UK salaries towards our external payroll suppliers together with the rest of the payroll team.
Additionally you will be highly involved in yearly processes such as the preparation of annual-reports, salary reviews and year-end vacation reports as well reporting to, and maintaining contact with, authorities. Internally you will be working with colleagues across the Global HR function to ensure internal compliance.

Beyond these qualities we believe that you will have:
A relevant education specialized in Payroll / HR
At least 2 years' experience of independent payroll administration
Good English skills and are able to communicate effortlessly across all levels of an organization.
