Role Overview
As a Partner Success Manager, you will ensure an optimal experience for Marketplace partners and end-users by managing partner content, offerings, and relationships within Benifex's Marketplace. The role is crucial for maintaining high-quality partner collaboration, improving Marketplace performance, and ensuring value creation through continuous optimization and proactive communication.
You will
Manage and support Marketplace partners, ensuring accurate content, technical functionality, and an excellent user experience.
Communicate proactively with partners to handle updates, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Plan and execute partner campaigns and activations to drive engagement and sales.
Analyse partner KPIs (engagement, conversion, order volume) and take actions to optimise results.
Support partner onboarding, engagement, and retention across regional Marketplace offerings.
Collaborate closely with Partner Managers and internal teams to improve products, content, and partner setups.
What are we looking for?
1-2 years of experience in a coordinating, customer-facing B2B role with exposure to technical setups - for example as a Project Coordinator, E-commerce Assistant, Technical Support, or Customer Success role, ideally in a platform-based environment.
A passion for service and problem-solving with strong time-management skills.
An analytical mindset and ability to work with KPIs and performance data.
Professional language skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
It's a bonus if you also have:
Experience working with content in platforms or CMS systems.
Experience witin SaaS or digital marketplace environments.
Professional skills in Danish or Norwegian.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or similar.
