We are looking for a Change Manager to join our P&Q team!
Our transformation towards Agile Product Streams will require new ways of working, new organisational capabilities, new competencies and new responsibilities. The Product Creation & Quality (P&Q) Change Manager role is a part of the Change Support Team within P&Q HR.
What you'll do
The main content of this role is to support leaders and teams on all levels in leading a mindset and culture transformation, that will enable us to adapt to change and reach P&Q:s vision of developing products and services at the right time with the right quality. Key responsibilities of this role are to drive change management and support our organisation to enable and inspire a pragmatic way of approaching our transformation towards Agile Product Streams. You will act as change agent for the unit's transformation towards Agile Product Streams. Supporting leaders and teams to set an accelerated local change management plan for the transformation towards the defined strategic direction. You will be responsible for Challenging leaders and teams to set priorities with clear ownership and coach their execution. Proactively create and promote (role-model) an open, trusting & innovative environment. You will also coach leaders on how to achieve breakthrough results and continue to grow and adapt as leaders. You will assist with support in evaluating if the identified initiatives will contribute to the expected outcome. Another responsibility is coordinating and collaborating with local HR colleagues to align and optimise initiatives while sharing knowledge and change management best practices between functions. Lastly, you will secure collaboration with HR, Communications, Operational Development and IT functions to enable required solutions from a change perspective.

We believe that you are a street smart pathfinder, dedicated to guiding the organisation into the "how" of change with a pragmatic approach, while skilfully managing stakeholders. You are a passionate change agent, with tools and ability to encourage people to try new ways of working and with perseverance in enabling change to happen. You must be hands-on, with the ability to quickly make a strategic analysis of a situation and outline possible solutions aligned with the overall direction. You are a people centric communicator, with the ability to facilitate, support and package the why, what, how and when of change into a clear and compelling story. In this role you must be a team player, comfortable working in flexible team constellations and different cultures. Have general analytical & diagnostic skills (e.g. separate root causes from symptoms) and have obtained a University degree. You are certified or well acquainted with tools such as DiSC, GDQ, MBTI or other to support in working with individual and team development. In this role it is also key that you are fluent in English, both oral and written.
