The capabilities and competencies within the IT Security team are, and will be, key for reaching our goals and ambitions. So, we are now looking for additional team members in positions as IT Security Architect, IT Security Governance Manager, Product Security Manager and Security Operation Center Analyst. These roles together with the OT Security Manager will join us on our journey to build the best Cybersecurity team.
Your mission
The mission for the Operational Technology (OT) Security Manager is to work closely with IT colleagues and Operational business teams that both support and utilize OT for maintaining and developing our internal production lines and workshops to understand the solutions and provide help, advise and guidance for secure utilization of OT resources with an aim to reach a full zero-trust set-up to enable world-class, cybersecure production and workshop capabilities at Epiroc. In this role you will report to our Global IT Security Manager and will also work closely with different IT and Operational colleagues at different production and workshop sites
Some of your responsibilities as a OT Security Manager will be:
* Together with the IT Security Team establish and define a security framework including a roadmap for Epiroc 's OT infrastructure
* Perform and/or supervise vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessments for our OT infrastructure
* Develop and maintain clear documentation of processes and policies in relation to OT Security
* Identify and oversee the usage and implementation of solutions and tools for supporting adequate and efficient OT security management
Your profile
We are looking for you who have strong interest in and some first experiences with security solving in OT environments. You have a strong understanding of cybersecurity best practice and solid understanding of networks (segmentation, routing, firewalls); domain structures and server management.
Good understanding of Identity and Access Management principals and knowledge of host hardening, auditing, logging and monitoring, network security, SIEM deployments, security analytics, anomaly detections, PKI. Broad market understanding of industry trends for cybersecurity, risk & threat intelligence, and governance.
As for your personal skills we are looking for someone who is goal orientated, fast learner and eager to learn along the way. You are able to adopt new technologies and tools when needed, open-minded to enjoy intellectual sparring and knowledge sharing.
We would also like you to be empathic with a respectful attitude towards others and not afraid asking questions and dare to develop you and others by welcome new ways of thinking.
