Outpost24 is looking for a dedicated Order Manager who will have an important role in our fast-growing company. This role will be a part of the Finance team working from our new office in Karlskrona, Sweden. The Order Manager is the gatekeeper between the Finance department and the Sales department. As an Order Manager you will be responsible for the administrative parts of our sales process, where you will take care of the invoicing-, order and other processes and make sure that these processes are followed and updated.
Additional responsibilities include:
Approve sales opportunities submitted by the sales organization
Administrate all licenses, both customer licenses and internal access
Invoice customers and send out reminders if needed
Be of disposal for questions concerning licenses and bookings in the CRM system
Be the external contact person for invoice queries
Contribute with reports to the Controller and Chief Accountant in month/quarter/year closings
Register invoices on correct accounts
Be the backup for assets management function
Other ad-hoc financial tasks
We see that you are well structured, responsible, detail-oriented person who holds strong analytical skills to be able to assess results. You have great communication skills in English and Swedish and you are able to communicate changes or adapt to new processes for continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate has strong organization skills who can adapt to new and uncommon situations including changing condition and priorities and you are able to work according to processes and appreciate and understand the value in them.
It will be considered a high advantage if you have previous experience and interest in administrating financial software and experience working with SalesForce.
This role is a temporary position for approx. 1 year and the start date will be around the 1st of Feb 2021.
