hela Sverige As an Order Administrator you will be part of the Ascom Customer Interface team of 6 employees with different background and competence. In this team you will be highly appreciated for taking initiatives and drive the work forward! You will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative and business support related tasks, working closely with our customers reporting to the Ascom Interface Manager.
Responsibilities
• Sales order handling
• Order confirmations
• Information to customers
• Export documents administration
• Invoicing
• Credit invoicing according to attestation rules
• Custom issues related to deliveries
• Export license administration
• Letter of Credit
• Customs declarations handling
Qualifications
• Two years' experience in Logistic, Sales order processing and or Procurement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
Personal skills
• You are a person with strong teamworking skills, who is also confident in working independently.
• Strong administrative organization skills
• Service minded
• Accurate with attention to details
• Taking own initiatives and drive your work forward
