hela Sverige Working as Operative Application Maintenance Manager at H&M is taking on a great responsibility, and great fun!
In this exciting and challenging role, you will be involved in many of the bigger projects and program within SAP and IT. You will work with a complex system landscape and drive processes, problems and projects within AM area.

As an Operative AM Manager at RCS you will be part of the Retail Core Solutions Platform Leadership. This area provides foundation to all our brands globally and is one of the core service areas within H&Ms IT department. You will be a part of a great team that has a lot of fun and where we collaborate and help each other.
To be successful in this role we believe you have experience working with manage service. You are customer focused, structured and understands business needs. You also like constant improvements and are straight forward and open minded.
You will be a part of The Enterprise Applications Division that has the responsibility to support, steer and deliver Master Data to all functions within H&M. We also coordinate and manages our Supply Chain program and support new initiatives on the shared platforms and work with securing long-term solutions.

Your responsibilities:
The job of an Operative AM Manager RCS within the H&M group comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• The daily service delivery agreements meet with retail core solutions and if not, ensure that corrective actions are taken
• Cross Functional Incident Management and Continuity Management
• Management of production security, roles & authorizations and regular IT audits
• Continuous improvement of the methods and tools used for incident, change & release
• Interact with AM manager, Release manager, AM leads in Functional / Service Areas, Infrastructure and operation function, offshore partner, H&M Incident Management and have the responsibility for the FA specific Application Support & Maintenance (Includes sub process like Incident, Problem, Change, Transition / Service Introduction etc.)
• Plan and execute transition into the AMS service, through thought leadership in SAP AMS transition management methodology
• Establish and integrate processes needed to work with internal/external parties. Work with process managers to improve internal processes and performance

And your skills include:
• Several years of experience as Managed Service / Application Management
• Good knowledge of SAP and general understanding of Sales, Logistics and Supply Chain processes
• Working in multinational environments with off shoring and situational leadership
• Have a high ability to communicate and prioritize your own tasks
• Understand new requirements and their impact on existing service
Qualifying:
• Experience of working in Retail industry
• Has worked in global projects and roll-outs with offshore development
• Experience from project management
The assignment is 100 % and located in Marievik.
