hela Sverige We are looking for an Operations Specialist for Voi's Operations team. As a Support OS, you will be working at our Headquarters and at the heart of Europe's first dockless bike share company! This role is ideal for young professionals who want to gain experience and build their careers in a revolutionary company and industry.
Primary Job Duties:
Identifying and assessing customer's help inquiries to provide quality support.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with users (customers).
Collecting and reporting data to operations manager.
Job Includes:
Willingness to accept unplanned tasks that may vary day-by-day.
Work directly with the entire operations, data analytics, & product teams to streamline and increase efficiency.
Entering on the ground floor of a fast growing and dynamic last mile transportation start-up
Applicants Should Be/Have:

Self-Starter that radiates positivity and possess a "can-do" attitude
Bachelor's degree from a competitive university
Valid driver license.
Schedule flexibility.
Physically capable.
High energy: Job requires active movement on a daily basis.
Basic familiarity with the urban area they work in.
Fluent in English and Swedish,
Fluency in additional European language is not a requirement, but a big plus!
