Responsibilities
As Operations Manager within this newly formed Service Center, you will find yourself in a leading role, being responsible for the Nordic Service Center regarding operations and results for the organization in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. The position is a member of the Service Centre management team, reporting to the Head of Service Center. With support from the group of five Team Leaders, positioned in our Nordic countries, you will manage, develop and lead the customer service center organization with distributed teams and deliveries. This includes manage all aspects of customer service, e.g. from customer needs and contracting to follow-up and customer satisfaction. You are ensuring and contributing to the development and profitability of the service center and the international delivery in the Nordic region within the framework for NCC's and the business area's strategies, policies, guidelines and value.
Essential Functions
• Effectively lead and support the Nordic regions team to achieve all essential business objectives, including growth, profitability and compliance to ensure that we are offering an exceptional level of service
• Recruiting, managing and driving the development of the employees to ensure we maximise candidate interest according to the set goals and strategies within the Nordic Service center Strategic planning and forecasting, establish operating budgets and reports
• Take part in Service Center Management Team to align strategy, support and good relations
• Development of an member-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development
Qualifications, skills and abilities
We expect you to have a relevant master's degree and previous management experience from building and lead a new organization within the Nordic region.
As a person you are strong and open-minded with excellent leadership and management skills. To coach and empower your colleagues and teams to reach levels that surprise our customers pleasantly, are one of your expertise. You need to be able to execute in a changing environment and actively participate in the change process. Traveling in the Nordic countries will be essential part of your work and you need to be fluent in both written and spoken English.
