hela Sverige Experis Finance is currently looking for an Order to Cash coordinator to our client in Stockholm. This is a consultant assignment which is set to start in the end of October and run for approximately six months. Placement in Solna, Stockholm.
Description
For the order to cash and distribution activities in the Nordic region, monitor and ensure the teams in delivery centers provide necessary support to market per agreed services and service levels.
* Responsible for managing the relationship with European Capability Centre (ECC) ensuring Order to Cash services are being delivered according to agreement for the Nordic region.
* Responsible for managing the relationship with Distribution Centre in Ireland, ensuring Distribution services are being delivered according to agreement for the Nordic region.
* Act as a key partner in the relationship with Supply Chain, Distribution and Nordics Quality Lead, following up on local demands to ensure continuity of supply.
* Work with OTC and Distribution teams to ensure inventory and sales related transactions are recorded properly and balances are valued correctly in financial statements and other related reporting.
Qualifications
* University degree in Finance, Business Administration
* Experience: 1-3 years in a logistics role
* Knowledge of how large organizations work and how to achieve results in a complex, international matrix organization. Ability to work in a matrix organisation and shared services.
* Good communication, presentation and ability to interact and influence with different partners (local or remote)
* Demonstrated experience in the use of an integrated software package and financial reporting modules, in especially SAP
* Good working knowledge of MS applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other online systems
* Fluency in English
* Experience in managing and prioritizing workload and managing expectations of numerous stakeholders simultaneously
* Experience of working successfully in a team, ensuring mutual support, back-up, sharing of best practice and learning's
* Experience of being able to work successfully and productively in cross-country and matrix teams
* Proven ability to learn and adapt to change and new system
