As an Online Sales Channel Specialist you will
• develop sales and marketing operations and enhance customer experience in the digital channels in cooperation with different Customer teams/ programs
• identify, initiate and optimize sales campaigns and activities within digital channels
• take part in digital projects to initiate and drive acquisition, retention, up/cross-sell in Customer journeys
• contribute with digital expertise primary for our own sites/owned media, SEM and social media
• When needed, run stand-alone digital sales initiatives as well as cooperate with both internal and external partners
Your skills and experiences include
• solid experience within digital marketing and customer data driven marketing
• thorough understanding of data and use of SEM/SEO and other ways to optimize and generate sales in digital channels
• skilled within web analytics tool, preferably Google Analytics
experience from a/b testing and/or web tools, Scrum and agile way of - working, B2C and/or SME and similar industries are all favorable
Our ideal candidate is a digital native with high interest in web trends and online marketing who totally understands the importance of keeping up with the fast moving digital trends. We think you have an university degree/bachelor?s degree or similar and is fluent in Swedish and able to communicate in English as Vattenfall is an international company.
