WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR AN OFFICE MANAGER

As an Office Manager you will ensure that the company operates in an efficient way and in accordance with the policies and guidelines that exist. You will also support and develop new routines and processes when needed and assist the company in various ways. Minesto is looking for an Office Manager who possesses accuracy and enthusiasm within their work and that is confident in his/her role. Good communication and administration skills are essential for success at the position.

Responsibilities and tasks
The main responsibility of the Office Manager is to ensure a high efficiency and a smooth operation of the office. The day-to-day activities include:
• Handling of invoices and agreements
• Purchasing of office supply and contract negotiations with office suppliers
• Introductions of new personnel
• Administrative HR-duties both for Minesto AB and Minesto UK Ltd
• Travel bookings
• Work environment, maintenance and development
• General support to the company and management in various ways

Minesto grows which offers an opportunity to grow as a professional and within the company. Experience with web/IT, PR & marketing or other is seen as positive.

Personal Attributes
The applicant should have the following qualifications:
• Excellent administrative and organisation skills, at least 7 years of working experience
• Proven competency of Microsoft computer packages (Word, Excel, Ppt and Outlook)
• Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information
• Good communication skills in English and Swedish is required
• Practical and pragmatic problem solver with ability to make things happen, decisive and determined to follow through with change initiatives
• Confident, reliable and inspired by working in a fast and changing international environment

Location
Main working location is at our office in Gothenburg Sweden.

Working hours
The job is a part time, 40-60% (Expansion of the role may be discussed in the future).

Travels
Travels may occasionally be required to our test sites.
