hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Elisa Videra Norge As i Solna The main purpose of the job is to manage Elisa Videra's commercial offering portfolio and to increase Elisa Videra's solution sales by supporting sales teams and promoting Elisa Videra's offering portfolio to customers.
In this position you are responsible to develop and manage Elisa Videra's product and service portfolio. You will evaluate and develop the business opportunities together with the virtual team and work closely together with sales.
Service and product portfolio management is essential part of your daily work. This includes successful ramp ups and ramp downs for products and services. You will set the direction of development activities covering your area of responsibility. This includes roadmap proposal creation, participating to offer development activities according to existing process and working instructions and demand supply planning in co-operation with logistics and sales. You will create product and service portfolio marketing material together with marketing. You will train Elisa Videra's organization and ensure knowledge sharing of Elisa Videra's standard product / service portfolio.
You will give direct support to sales teams in their daily work. You will contribute to tenders in technical and pricing point of view. You will map Elisa Videra's commercial offering to customer requests and requirements and promote and drive the adaptation of standard solutions to customer cases. In larger cases you may create customer specific solutions and maintain those life cycle. You will translate solution/product features to clear customer benefits with value based argumentation.
Your primary responsibility areas are defined in VC CeE's responsibility matrix.
Adequate education level is MSc or BSc in engineering or business administration and about 5 years' experience in service and/or product marketing or product development of ICT systems or solution sales. Knowledge of Video Collaboration; successful track record of product creation projects preferably in telepresence. Strong experience with telepresence, UC and networking. Fluent English and Chinese. Good presentation skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work across teams, to build relationships across organizations and to create results by working through other people. Strong analytical mindset, business planning skills and superior execution are more than welcome. Person must have willingness to travel (20-40 travelling days/year required).
