In the role of Offer Insights and Analytics Manager, you will be in charge of overseeing projects that analyze data and conduct research to provide useful insights for making strategic decisions. Your main responsibility will be working with a team to incorporate consumer insights into the creation and implementation of Total Offers. The goal is to prioritize the needs and concerns of consumers in order to build offers that cater to their preferences.
Key Responsibilities
• Take charge of consumer research projects that will serve as the foundation for the consumer offerings developed by the client. This can involve consolidating existing research or outsourcing new studies with research providers.
• Work closely with various teams to comprehend their requirements for data and analysis, and develop effective solutions to meet those requirements.
• Convert intricate data into practical suggestions and guidance for decision-makers and important stakeholders.
Requirements
• Over 3 years of practical experience working with consumer research and data analytics.
• Proven experience in data analysis, insights generation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven experience to manage and execute multiple research projects, delivering valuable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Having great communication skills is important, especially when it comes to explaining complicated data in a way that is easy to understand.
• Having strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Being able to work well in a team that includes people from different departments or areas of expertise.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Meritorious
It is beneficial if you are skilled in using data analysis tools and software like Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
