Work description
We are looking for a person well experienced within international customer service, warehousing and logistics. The business segments that this person will operate within are Construction & Do It Yourself and Industrial & Automotive Repair with world known brands such as Black&Decker, Dewalt, Stanley and Facom. This person will manage and lead the Nordic customer service teams on a day-by-day basis and improve processes, service quality and systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. In this position you will be co-working with transportation and distribution teams as well as with sales and marketing teams to optimize flows and execution of commercial activities. It is also important that this person ensures that processes as claims and credit notes are handled in accordance with guidelines. Further tasks are to provide guidance and support to all team members. Good SAP knowledge is required. It is a dynamic role and it is important to lead by excellent example. You will be reporting to the Nordic general Manager and you will be located in our office in Möndal.

Who are you?
As a person you perform well in a continuous changing environment. You work in a problem solving and pragmatic way and you have great communication skills. You are result driven and at the same time people oriented and a great team player. You have a passion for customer satisfaction and meeting customer's different demands on this level is a daily matter for you. We prefer that you have a degree in logistics, supply or warehousing even though that is not a strict requirement. If you have experience from the Nordic market we see that as a qualifying merit. We work in an international environment and fluency in both English and Swedish is required.
