Nordic Accountant
Do you want to join our Finance team at Oxford Aviation Academy? We are currently looking for a Nordic Accountant who can ensure that the bookkeeping for our Norwegian and Danish subsidiaries is kept to the highest possible standars.
Principal responsibilities
• Coding of invoices
• Bookkeping, incl salaries, bank transactions and accruals
• Produce and submit statistic reports
• Produce and submit VAT and social security report
• Produce and document montly reconcilations of balance sheet accounts
• Prepare underlying documentation to forward invoicing (both intercompany and external)
To be a successful candidate you should have the following qualifications, knowledge and experience
• Accountant, with bookkeeping experience from Danish and/or Norwegian business
• Experience from our management system Axapta
• Experience from Excel
• Be self motivated and pro-active in working towards assigned tasks within a fast moving department
• Able to work on own initiative and have the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Must be able to work in a Team environment
• Must be able to meet tight deadlines and handle stress
• Flexibility to meet changing priorities and requirements
• Since our company language is English, you need to be able to speak, read and write in English. It is good if you understand written and spoken Norweigan and Danish.
This is a full time position based on office work hours with placement at Arlanda airport, Stockholm. Your employment will start with a six months probationary period that passes into a permanent employment.
