CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) / Head of Performance Marketing
Job Summary:
NA-KD, a global online fashion company and one of the top 20 fastest growing companies in Europe, is currently looking for a Traffic Guru to join our executive team. NA-KD has an annual revenue run rate of over $70 million, with millions of page views everyday and shipping to over 130 countries per month.
As the leader of the performance marketing team, you will run the consumer site, and manage the day-to-day sales of the website and commercial plans. Your goal will be to increase customer acquisition, activation and retention. You will manage a skilled team of digital marketers under your guidance. The ideal candidate will understand the fashion industry, have experience managing an e-commerce P&L and a marketing funnel, making data-driven decisions and know how to set a business apart from extensive competition.
Responsibilities:
Drive all customer acquisition and retention efforts through all relevant digital marketing channels such as affiliate marketing, SEM, Social advertising, co-operations, e-mail and retention marketing tools.
Localize the marketing efforts by market to achieve the highest possible impact of each marketing dollar spent
Responsible for developing, implementing, managing and reporting on plans to improve site metrics by increasing conversion, AOV, and other KPIs
Improve conversion rate through performance improvements in the funnel and related site content through UX and UI improvements.
Work with cross functional partners to ensure the business objectives are met. This includes close co-operation with the product, data and IT departments to optimize conversion and activate our existing customers to increase the purchase frequency.
Analyze user experience across channels through analytics and determine potential improvements
Responsible for performance marketing from all paid channels which account for more than 80% of marketing budget
Run the consumer site and set and achieve strategic goals related to social media metrics and marketing campaign initiatives
Develop and maintain bottom-up forecasts and budget for sales, promotions and fuel required to meet the yearly/monthly/daily sales plan
Follow and analyze daily metrics to maximize revenue and minimize cost of sale.
Build upon,develop, and lead our stellar team of currently 30 digital marketers and and data analysts
Negotiate compensation and project details for contractors and vendors related to marketing and promotions
Qualifications and Skills:
Technical Skills:
Proven background in digital marketing. 7+ years' experience in marketing and/or advertising
5+ years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or business administration
High understanding of web traffic acquisition on an international level and a proven track record where you have increased web traffic, afflilates networks, social followers and sales
Familiarity with strategic marketing campaigns
Experience from the fashion industry is a plus
Personal Skills:
Exceptional analytical skills and good sense for business and numbers. highly process-oriented and data-driven
Strong leadership and project development skills
Excellent communication skills to be able to communicate and operate both internal and external projects
Acts pragmatic, respect deadlines and understand that no one else does the job for you
