MEX/Johnson & Johnson Production System Lead Consumer Health - 12 Month Assignment
Reporting to McNeil AB Site Lead, the Make Excellence (MEX)/ JJPS Lead is an important member of the Helsingborg Make Site Leadership Team. In this role you will become a key person and experience true impact on the Site organization by driving continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing and Johnson & Johnson Production System tools.
The scope includes the JJPS program, as well as any continuous improvement programs in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability, Agility, Waste and Cost, favorably influencing the Site Supply Chain results.
Objectives Of The Position
Lead JJPS/MEX assigned programs at Helsingborg in alignment with Site Vision and Supply Chain EMEA expectations to deliver business value towards Reliability, Agility, and Financial Competitiveness; while ensuring that all activities are completed according to applicable standards and regulations, and J&J policies for EHS, Quality or other relevant Compliance requirements
Drive all assigned JJPS/MEX activities and/or global/regional programs to ensure a perfect execution of assigned projects within set due-dates, budget, and other relevant Key Performance Indexes
Contribute to savings pipeline through identified projects
Leads regular process reviews and analysis, using lean methodologies to implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve the total competitiveness of the Helsingborg Site
Support JJPS/MEX program through Change Management process
Develop collaboration with Site relevant functions to identify and bring improvement opportunities
Develop new tools and capabilities of all site teams as per JJPS capabilities evaluation or other J&J programs
Connect strongly with relevant stakeholders to understand business needs/urgency to improve specific areas with active participation and accountability
Bring External Benchmark by facilitating exchange of best practices across the network (Regional & Global)
Update and support data collection, tracking and reporting; including ensuring Site Performance reviews
Qualifications
Master's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or related field
Lean / Six Sigma / Black Belt certification is desirable
At least 10-15 years of leadership experience in the Manufacturing/Supply Chain of FMCG or Pharmaceutical or related industry
Experience outside Manufacturing such as Supply Chain, Maintenance, Planning, Lean Manufacturing, Logistics, or Sourcing would be a plus
Outstanding 'lean attitude' and willingness/ability to learn fast
Fluent in English, other languages desirable
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and in particular Excel and PowerPoint

Think strategically and develop plans to reach objectives in context of on the ground team support, knowledge codification and development of expertise
Plan, prioritize and organize complex tasks in a matrix environment
Solve problems by applying structured and agile root cause problem solving tools and coach others to apply them
Develop direct reports with a clear roadmap to meet their aspirations and J&J pipeline
