Job Description
You are part of Lindex Global Sales organisation and working in the Sales Performance department. This department is responsible for maximising the global sales, KPI's and profitability in all Lindex sales channels, by a digital first mindset. The department optimizes the customer offer and develop, implement and execute on the sales plan.
As Merchandiser, you are responsible for providing plans and actions for sales and promotion activities, based on sales and stock analysis. You implement and follow up the sales strategy and ongoing sales actions, in close cooperation with stakeholders and you are responsible for achieving sales and markdown goals. You analyse and act on sales, you work proactively with volumes to secure maximum effect on marketing activities for each channel and identify and act on possibilities or risks within the sales and promotion plan.
Are you the one we are looking for?
Academic degree within Economics or similar
Work experience from assortment merchandising or similar
Experience from working in sales and retail in an omni-channel organisation in an international environment
Good knowledge in Excel
Good knowledge in BI-/ERP systems
Google Analytics certificate
English, both written and spoken
