We are now looking for a Media Coordinator to strengthen our team in Stockholm.
The position
As a Media Coordinator within Media Operations, you are working in the Media Coordination Team together with seven colleagues.
The Media Coordination Team drives and owns the preparational work in the operational workflow and ensure that internal and external teams and partners can proceed with their work in the most efficient way and with the right conditions. Your main responsibilities as a Media Coordinator are to fulfill your responsibility areas within the team. This includes but are not limited to:
• EIDR registration and matching all content that will be published on NENT's platforms.
• Administrate information in internal processes and workflow.
• Secure correct running orders from distributors.
• Ensure that licenses and media Id:s is entered in line with our needs.
• Material and subtitle checks for planning purpose.
• Secure that timelines and deadlines are met to be able to give the best possible conditions for the next step in the chain.
• Coordinate work with outsourced partner and ensure they have everything they need to be able to proceed.
The journey ahead
You will be part of a large team (+25 people) that together cover the entire chain in the media and publishing flow. Everything from contact with distributors, scheduling, coding, quality control, to publication is owned by this team. In other words: here is a lot to learn!

What we are looking for
We are looking for a person who is highly organized and structured with experience from administrative work. You also need to be a solution oriented and a person who thrives in a high paced environment. We believe that you are a team player and understand the importance of helping others and contribute to the team's success.
Ideal candidates also meet the following requirements:
• Able to work in a times-sensitive matter and with flexibility.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• You have solid experience of working with coordination and communication.
• Well-structured and with an eye for details.
• Well-functioning both as a team player as well as working independently with own responsibility areas.
Bonus requirements that will make you stand out from the rest:
• You have experience from working with streaming and operational parts connected to it.
• You have experience in rights management or VOD traffic work.
• You have experience from working with rights- and content management systems.
