In our rapidly expanding network of branches we now have an exciting opportunity for Front Line Associate employees based in Stockholm.
In this position you are responsible for performing Money Transfer (MT) and other services for customers in a branch/location of Western Union International Bank. You will be providing excellent service to our customers, including informing them about the products offered by WUIB, the Loyalty Card program, etc. You are also in charge of ensuring that WU Compliance rules are met for each transaction. The daily operational duties include opening and closing the branch and day end closing activities. Certain types of simple reporting may also be part of your responsibilities.
Principal accountabilities will be:
• Perform the Money Transfer and other service for customers
• Give information to customers about "send"/"receive" procedure, fees, required ID documents and ensure forms are completed correctly
• Take in or pay out cash
• Enter transaction in WU MT System
• Inform customers about other products offered
• Promote Loyalty Card (WU Gold Card) and explain benefits to customers
• Track lost transactions, communicate with Customer Service Center
• Open and close location at defined times, ensure security procedures are applied
• Perform day end closing, counting cash, storing money in safe, preparing cash collection by Security Firm.
Experience / Qualifications / Abilities:
• Completed Gymnasium
• 1 - 2 years working experience in retail business
• Good experience in a cashier's role
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• One or more other language(s) (preferable Arabic, Asian languages) spoken fluently
• Skilled typewriting and good PC Skills
• Superior Customer Service Orientation ("service with a smile")
• Open minded, friendly
• Cultural sensitivity
• Reliable, trustworthy
• Stress resistant
• Good organizational skills
• Flexible working hours (schedule, our branches are open Monday to Saturday)
