Publiceringsdatum2013-08-22Dina arbetsuppgifterThe Material Master Data Group ensures that the SAP material master data is fully and correctly updated for all distribution centers, local warehouses and sales organizations. The aim is to ensure customer satisfaction, smooth supply chains, fully functioning logistic flows and proper financial accounting. In this position your work involves close cooperation and a broad network of contacts within the company.
Your key accountabilities are primarily to:
• control the total flow of material master data, transfer prices and the underlying business processes in order to ensure smooth launch of products, flawless operational processing, efficient material replenishment planning parameters and correct transfer prices.
• maintain all SAP material master data outside the factories. Ensure timely processing and good service levels.
• ensure good quality of system settings for accounting, customer service and supply chain planning with respect to material master data.
• communicate changes to and requirements for material master data to all relevant organizational units and individual users
• provide input to development of routines, methods and tools to maintain material master data in an efficient way. Clearly communicate routines to all parties concerned.
• ensure proper documentation of business rules, default values and settings within the material master.
• ensure adequate pricing and costing of materials during the year.
• participate in projects, in order to ensure proper preparation and implementation of the material master data settings and/or changes, or in order to improve the business processes leading up to correct material master data and/or changes.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We believe that you have a University Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or with a financial orientation. You have at least 3-5 years experience of similar tasks, preferably in an international environment, and are an experienced user of SAP, preferably the MM and/or FI-CO modules. It's desirable that you are experienced in Access and/or Oracle and project work. You also have a general understanding on how the processes in Supply & Demand, Customer to Cash and especially Finance & Controlling fit together and interlink with the material master.
In order to succeed in this role you need a good balance between detailed focus and a good understanding of the end-to-end to make correct priorities and operate successfully within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You also need to have good organizational-, communication-, and networking skills in order to contribute to cross functional improvements. The preferred candidate is performance driven with a high sense of accuracy; he or she also has a high energy level and an ability to work independently with a strong customer focus yet with a team spirit.
To communicate effectively you need an excellent level of both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
