In this role as a Product Information Platform & Processes Manager, you will join our European Consumer Engagement team. Your experience as a PIM leader with a passion for product data, technology, and the ability to define and implement operational data governance processes will be a perfect fit for this people leader position on the MarTech team. You will combine PIM platform leadership as an agile product owner with managing a team of product data analysts that are responsible for product data management and configuration within the PIM. It is an opportunity to make an impact in a large organization by creating a product data Center of Excellence and ensuring that accurate and reliable consumer-oriented product data is published across new and existing online and offline touchpoints throughout Europe.
You will be based at Electrolux HQ in Stockholm at Kungsholmen. Our Headquarters in Stockholm is an amazing and unique place to work and grow!
You will work in the Central Marketing team and the Consumer Engagement Team at Electrolux Business Area Europe, and your role will be in the MarTech Team. The MarTech team provides product ownership for PIM, DAM, web CMS, personalization, and outbound email marketing platform as well as product data configuration and management for these platforms. You will report to the Head of MarTech.
Beyond working closely with the MarTech Team, you will also work very closely with the full consumer engagement team, Experience marketing teams, trade marketing, product line and IT teams. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that product data platform, governance and configuration needs are addressed.
This is a new role so you will be part of forming it. It is therefore important that you have strong self-leadership, can set up new processes and define a clear framework to operate in, while still recognising and evolving formal and informal processes that are already in place.
There will be many stakeholders to manage so soft skills are also important.
A Regular Day at Work
Your core responsibility will be to take a holistic perspective on product data systems and processes in place in Europe to publish product data and associated marketing content to online and offline touchpoints.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Agile product owner for our Product Information platform (Eden)
o Collaborate with stakeholders to define the digital product roadmap by prioritizing business needs and requirements, communicating product roadmap for feature development, coordinating the implementation of new features, ensuring quality feature delivery, and supporting all necessary training needs for feature adoption within the local and central marketing teams and agency partners.
o Represent the Consumer Engagement team in forums interconnected with the platform like Outbound Communications, CRM, e-Commerce, Digital Services and Marketing Analytics.
• Establish and lead product data Centre of Excellence (CoE)
o Provide a product data strategy perspective throughout different processes we already have in place and influence strategic decisions that improve the consumer experience.
o Consider product data and associated marketing content from a holistic standpoint-systems, platforms, and channels-to create a unified narrative and consumer experience that delivers on conversion throughout the consumer journey
o Drive change in how structure the type of product data we have today
o Create a cross-functional product data management governance framework
o Define/evolve operational product data management processes
o Lead team of product data analysts, responsible for the configuration of consumer facing product data elements in online and offline touchpoints
• Note. Your team will not be responsible for creating the content, that will still be handled by our Content & Product Line teams, but you will support and guide them to create the right and relevant content and decrease unnecessary content production or duplication.

Minimum Requirements:
• 2+ years experience with agile product ownership
• 2+ years experience working with Product Information Management systems
• Experience in data analysis
• Bachelor's degree on any academic discipline in marketing/digital/IT
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, attuned to cross-cultural communication differences
• Experience in MS-Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, eCommerce
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a changing environment
• Skilled in negotiating and problem solving with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time and aligning on prioritization
• Strong business analysis, project management, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to convey complex analytics in an understandable manner to non-technical levels
• Advanced understanding of standards and practices around data workflow and content management.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools preferred
