hela Sverige As our Marketing Planning Manager, you will be the end-to-end owner of the annual Brand & Marketing plan, including channel and content planning. You will balance requests from regions, customer groups, and other stakeholders into a cohesive plan, ensuring sufficient input from the Marketing Lead. Your role will be pivotal in leading a team of planners to maintain a comprehensive 360-view on the annual plan.
Your responsibilities also include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate specific marketing plan requests from regions in collaboration with Customer Activation.
From insights and Learnings deploy best practices in project and content briefs to ensure high-quality execution and performance.
You bring extensive experience in marketing planning and channel management, providing you with a deep understanding of the field. You have leadership experience and worked closely with senior executives, typically no more than two levels below the CMO or similar roles. Preferably, you have a proven ability to build new functions and operating models, demonstrating your innovative approach and capacity to drive organizational growth.
We also see that you have:
Expertise in developing and leading marketing plans, including coordination across multiple stakeholders globally and regionally.
Background in media planning, with a deep understanding of the connection between media buying and campaign performance.
Experience working within both global and local marketing functions.

This is a full-time permanent position, starting January 1, 2025 or as soon as possible and is based on-site in our Head Offices in Stockholm.
