We are in search of an energetic and ambitious Marketing Manager that can be a part of our exciting journey!
At Mentice, we passionately develop endovascular simulation solutions to help improve patient lives. More than 20 years ago, we started with a simple mission, and now our solutions help doctors acquire, retain, and enhance their endovascular therapy skills helping them improve patient outcomes worldwide. We have regional offices in the US, Europe, Brazil, India, China, and Japan while our headquarters office is in Gothenburg, Sweden.
We have a great global team with a passion for marketing and sales, that is now looking for a creative and hardworking person to complement our Global Marketing Department. The position is a fulltime employment, located in our HQ office in Gothenburg, reporting to the Director of Marketing, also located in Sweden.
About the role
The ideal candidate will develop, implement, measure and improve marketing plans in accordance to company vision and mission. According to the Mentice StoryBrand develop promotional activities by the means of events, exhibitions, collaborations, campaigns, print media, and other communication channels to promote solutions and services through their lifecycle. To thrive in this role, a key experience will to be onsite at global conferences leading the event success.
In this role, you will have significant interaction with the field-based salesforce and must work collaboratively to create plans and ensure that customer targeting, messaging, new product launches, clinical indication expansion, and sales tools are well executed and impactful. The tasks are of great variation and you are expected to be working independently in a fast and creative environment.
More specifically about the role (but not limited to):
• Monitor and manage corporate internal functionality, such as intranet, newsletters, surveys, recruitment, onboarding, internal global/regional events.
• Prepare, develop and maintain corporate website utilizing available analytical tools and formulating regular evaluation.
• Monitor, revise, and report on regional marketing activities along with results inclusive of ROI.
• Concisely conduct and analyze customer research through various marketing research methods.
Who do we think you are?
• To be successful, you should have minimum of three (3) year experience in a similar position in an international environment, a plus if you have experience from Medical Device Industry
• Ability to demonstrate skills in working as a team as well as individually.
• Ability to work at a high pace with multiple tasks and high production capacity.
• Meticulous attention to detail and structured in planning as well as keeping deadlines.
• A "can-do" attitude with an innovative and ambitious attitude combined with an interest to learn about our solutions.
• Execution oriented and takes initiative.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office a must.
• Design background with fluency in Adobe software such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
• Experience with Google Analytics, marketing automation and website optimization
• Experience in various methods of digital advertising and paid media
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Marketing Communications or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in both Swedish and English.
• Domestic and international travel is expected in the role.
