As a marketer at Migränhjälpen, you will work directly towards patients, helping them to find us. You will also work towards suitable partners, establishing good relationships.
We aim to broaden our marketing initiatives, and you will steer the wheel to find our right directions and execute with a digital focus.
Some of your responsibilities:
Develop strategies to activate and optimize our marketing activities.
Identify suitable channels to attract our target audiences.
Create marketing campaigns, test, analyze and optimize.
Set strategies and execute in Google Ads and Social Media.
With a large portion of ownership, continuously take the lead on marketing initiatives to identify possibilities and attract new patients.
You will have a central position in the business with the opportunity to influence the company's future, and furthermore scale globally.
If desired, you'll have the possibility to work partly from home.
Your profile
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and curious marketer who is ready and eager to join a startup journey with high ambitions. We believe that you are full of initiative and very comfortable in self ownership. You definitely have a strategic way of thinking and a strong will to constantly optimize.
You thrive in fast decision making. Being a part of a startup environment, where frames and standards are yet to be shaped and grounded (which you'll play a role in), excites you.
We believe that you:
Have strong communicative skills
Are fluent in both Swedish and English
Have previous experience from similar projects and/or a startup
Are very comfortable in self ownership and responsibility
Are a flexible team player
Have experience in Digital Marketing, preferably from a startup
Are full of initiative and comfortable in taking the lead in marketing projects
