Marketing coordinator for a world leading company in the IT-sector
MultiMind is looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator with international experience for our client within the IT sector.
The company
Our client is one of the world largest business software companies. For more than 30 years, our client has helped customers get up to date with accurate information from their business systems information used to collaborate, grow their business, measure outcomes and report results.
Job description
You will work in close collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager and also have to take on projects on your own.
You will also need to be up to date with the latest digital media trends, so that you can identify and exploit the most effective channels and activities to market and target specific audiences in the various stages of the customer buying cycle.
As our client uses a lot of corporate and regional created materials it is crucial you have a good understanding of the different Nordics countries so you can apply localizations to these campaigns. 85% of language spoken during a regular working day is English. You need to be flexible and acknowledge the excitement in a working environment that changes all the time
You will:
Plan, manage and execute measureable, integrated modern marketing plans with a strong focus on digital marketing. Align campaign tactics to buying cycle stages and solution areas based on the persona. Act as a key partner and subject matter expert to the sales and business development teams, working closely with them to creating sales opportunities to contribute to the overall success of the business. Monitor, analyze and report on performance of each campaign and communicate results and plan for improvement; check lead quality and sales follow-up, and action timely if required. Have knowledge of the various marketing disciplines especially modern marketing and digital marketing; knowledge and practical working experience of direct digital marketing channels from website, to search engine, to social media channels, to digital multi-touch and nurture campaigns. Have experience of project planning and have execution skills, with strong sense of project ownership and ability to anticipate possible roadblocks and provide viable solutions Have excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively, and keep schedules and projects in order and up to speed Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
Education background:
University degree in sales, marketing or business
Work experience:
3-5 years, at a marketing department, preferably within the IT-industry
Personal characteristics:
Fluency in English (Written and spoken) Can do attitude Ability to work independently Innovative
