About the role
We are looking for a brave doer to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator in Stockholm, Sweden. We want you to share our story in a creative way and to drive local customer acquisition and engagement. You will run both local and Nordic campaigns and events, foster meaningful partnerships and drive return on investment. You'll be working closely with our Central Marketing team as well as the Sales team and rest of the team in Sweden.
Role focus
• Content creation: Localize and create great content to our Swedish online presences.
• Customer acquisition: Attract new customers through a range of digital as well as more traditional channels. Work closely with our Central Marketing team and our digital performance agency.
• Performance management: Analyze and improve our marketing ROI. See how our customers and partners react to our marketing efforts and adjust accordingly.
• PR & Comms: Create awareness and build our brand through earned media coverage. Work closely together with our group Comms and our local PR agency.
• Sales support: Make sure that our Sales teams have the means of successfully interacting with clients such as templates for sales presentations. Create campaigns and content for marketing automation in Sweden.
• Events: Organize engaging events for existing and future customers and plan openings of new locations
• Branding: Manage the rebranding of our acquired companies. Be responsible for our visual image and the consistency of our messages in Sweden from Sales presentations to advertising.
• Partnerships: Design and manage content, brand and media partnerships.
• Collaborating and sharing: Collaborate closely with Central Marketing to implement common initiatives in the Norwegian market and share your learnings.
Your qualities
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Experience from content marketing
• Combination of creative and analytical mind
• Result-driven - from great ideas to seamless execution.
• Native Swedish, fluent English
• Marketing, communications or business degree or studies preferred
• Great collaborator - no matter whether it's in person or through Skype or Slack, you're an essential contributor to your team. We are looking for a true collaborator and influencer!
