Nouryon's Inorganic Specialties is looking for a passionate communications professional supporting us in conveying our strategy to the outside world, e.g. how we support our customers improving their products and processes as well as reducing the environmental impact. Our fast-growing business line is expanding globally and we're looking for a Marketing Communication Manager to drive results and share our sustainability advantage with interested stakeholders.
As Marketing Communication Manager, you will manage the development and execution of communications strategies and plans, as well as more hands-on responsibilities for creating product and brand specific content. You will be part of a global business line with innovative, sustainable solutions serving applications like Pharmaceuticals, Electronics, Construction, Catalyst and Coatings with our leading product lines Levasil, Kromasil and HPMO. You will be intimately connected to the market communication and corporate communication community within Nouryon and be part of a global marketing team that combines end market focus with deep understanding of the technical application of our products.
Main responsibilities
Support global market segments leads to develop and execute communications strategies and plans.
Lead the development of product / brand / market specific promotional messaging and materials and ensure proactive and accurate communication of these to business(line) employees.
Provide expertise in product and customer related communication tools and channels, consistent messaging, branding, and interpretation of corporate identity initiatives related to Inorganic Specialties
Accountable for communication policy and guidelines, incl. corporate branding, visual identity regarding product and customer communications
Coordinate communication resources for sales & marketing related communications.
Initiate and work (hands on) with business / promotional / communication events.
Qualifications
University degree in marketing communication with 5+ years of experience in relevant B2B and/or B2C marketing communication.
Knowledge and proven experience using tools to create digital and online content.
Experience with technical and specified products is desired.
Cross culture experience is strongly desired to ensure communication and messaging is relevant and inclusive.
Flexibility to work hours that cross multiple time zones is beneficial.
Passion, ambition, and drive for results.

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Global Marketing Director and based in Gamlestaden, Gothenburg.
