Would you like to work in a dynamic and interesting environment with great variety in your job?

We are looking for a motivated, proactive and service minded assistant to join our team. In this role you will be a key player in supporting the business and contribute to an efficient office.

As a Marketing Assistant you will drive and manage marketing activities. You will have direct contact with other Tetra Pak Companies, analysing data and create reports. As a part of this role you will assist our Managing Director with travel bookings, planning and events.

The position will be based in Lund, Sweden.

Main responsibilities

• Analysing data and create market reports
• Collecting data and create KPI reports
• Organizing the administration work for the Managing Director
• Coordinating and prepare training events
• Updating and developing marketing material
• Participating in business projects
• Preparing and organizing internal and external meetings

Qualifications

You are an ambitious, flexible and driven person, able to deliver results with a high pace; comfortable with thinking ahead and making your own decisions. You are a real team player and truly service minded.

Your strong communication skills combined with your interpersonal capabilities enable you to easily interact cross borders.

Furthermore you are motivated by building and implementing new ways of working and are open to change.

To be successful in this role we believe you have a university educational background, a couple of years experience combined with excellence spoken and written English.
