We are looking for a motivated, proactive and service minded assistant to join our team. In this role you will be a key player in supporting the business and contribute to an efficient team.
As a Marketing Assistant you will drive and manage marketing activities and support the team with administrative tasks. You will have direct contact cross the Tetra Pak organization on a daily basis.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden and it requires less than 10% of travelling time.
Main responsibilities
• Analysing data and create market reports
• Collecting data and create KPI reports
• Organizing the administration work for the Managing Director and Business Stream Food & Beverage team
• Coordinating and prepare training events
• Updating and developing marketing material
• Participating in business projects
• Preparing and organizing internal and external meetings
• Develop marketing material in collaboration with the portfolio teams
• Be responsible for our company website
Qualifications

Your strong presentation and communication skills combined with your interpersonal capabilities enable you to easily interact cross borders. Furthermore, you are motivated by building and implementing new ways of working and are open to change.
To be successful in this role we believe you have a university educational background in Communications or Marketing and 2-3 years of relevant experience. A very good command of English and Swedish, both written and oral is required.
