About the job
In this role as a Market Research & Insight Specialist, you will work with our market analyses.
This is a new role within us at E.ON, where you have an opportunity to influence the role and a great opportunity to influence our work with Market Research & Insight Specialist.
In the role, you will work widely with other colleagues, for example, other people in marketing or our Data Scientists.
In addition to the above, you will also work and develop our NPS process, work with surveys and work with our reports.
The Strategic Insight & Foresight unit is a newly established function at E.ON Sverige AB, supporting all of E.ON Nordic businesses with insights of strategic or brand-related importance.
Together with a small team of skilled researchers and analysts, you will gather and analyse data (primarily quantitative but also qualitative), prepare reports, present & discuss with stakeholders and support the implementation of your findings in E.ON Nordics operations.
As we are a diverse organization operating across the Nordics, internal communication is conducted in Swedish and English. This position is located in Malmö.
Who we're looking for
To thrive in this position, we believe that you have a few years of experience from working with commercial market research, market analysis or customer interactions, hopefully within a similar industry, such as telecom, energy or digital infrastructure. We think that you have an education or knowledge within marketing, behavioral science or finance, but most important is an enthusiasm to make a change in our industry!
We are also happy to see that you have an analytic mindset, skills and powers (good command of SPSS and excel). Experience from working with both highly skilled insight specialist/statistician/data scientist, and with managers in Marketing & Sales, product development and strategy. We also believe that you are good in establishing trust with various stakeholders, based on both professional and personal capacities
