As Manager SharePoint and Business Intelligence Services you will be working in a rapidly changing environment with many new demands and initiatives. Services will be based upon strategic technology and with high usage and visibility in the Volvo Cars organization. You will lead a team of 7 employed Service Owners and 10 Specialist Consultants.
The position as Manager SharePoint and Business Intelligence Services includes maintenance and operations responsibility for the following services: Common Portal (HR, Supplier and Retailer), Intranet, SharePoint Sites, Search, Office 365, Business Intelligence and Volvo Data Warehouse.
You will report to Senior Manager Enterprise Application Services (EAS) and participate in the EAS Management Team. EAS is part of Application Management Services (AMS) within Volvo Cars IT. EAS provides enterprise shared solutions cross business and IT globally at Volvo Cars. Services are provided both in-house, via cloud and outsourcing partners.
Job profile:
• Support projects throughout the lifecycle and participate as a Steering Committee member
• Participate in customer, IT and supplier forums
• Secure service maintainability on new solutions
• Manage internal maintenance projects
• Lead lifecycle management for the application portfolio
• Support IT strategy work and applying best practice
• Work with financial budget and responsible of forecast
• Develop organization and team members
Your profile:
• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent
• A minimum of 7 years experience within Information Technology
• Extended experience of Microsoft Business Solution and technnology platform
• Good experience in Business Intelligence solutions
• Service Management, ITIL and outsourcing/off shoring experience
• Management experience, preferably from virtual multicultural teams
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Customer focus

• Ability to prioritize and delegate
